Frequently Asked Questions Do you have dresses that you can buy off the floor? Yes, we do have dresses you can buy off the floor. However, if time allows we prefer that you order your gown. There is no extra charge if your gown is ordered. We like to keep our samples on the floor, and we want our brides to have a brand new Gown! Do you have samples in the store, and if so what are the sizes? Yes, we do have samples in the store. The standard sizes of our samples are sizes 10 to 12. We do have scattered sizes on the floor. However our standard sample is a 10 to 12. For our plus sizes, we do have samples in sizes 18 women's to 24 women's. How does ordering a dress work? When you do order your dress, we require 1/2 down payment of the total price, this will be your deposit. When your dress arrives at the store the balance of your gown is due. Are alterations included in the price of the dress, do I need an appointment? No, the alterations are not included in the price of your gown. Alterations are done in house as a service to you, keeping it convenient for the bride. Alterations are separate from the purchase of the gown. When your gown arrives in the store we will call to let you know! At that time we would love to make an appointment for your alterations. If you buy your gown in stock, an appointment is needed to do the alterations. Are all sales final? Yes all sales are final. When you choose your wedding gown, we want you to be 100% sure that you made the right choice. How long does it take when ordering my wedding gown? This question has several variables. It depends on the manufacturer. Some manufacturers can get a gown out in 1 month, others can take up to six months. But don't wait too long. You need to allot yourself enough time for alterations. |
