Please note, Appointments are recommended but we also accept walk-ins. Please call ahead if you would like a same-day appointment.

Once your appointment is confirmed, please note that refunds for cancellations will not be granted.

Bridal Appointment Information

 

  •  Your credit card will be charged a $45 appointment fee at the time of booking. This fee is eligible to go towards your purchase of your bridal gown the day of your appointment.
  • We allow for a 15 minute grace period in the case that your appointment exceeds the 1 hour and 15 min time limit, in which your appointment fee ($45) will still be available to go towards your purchase of a bridal gown.
  • All appointments will be limited to the bride plus 5 additional guests (for additional guests, please inform us in advance).
  • Any duplicate appointments will be cancelled accordingly. 
  • Additional cleaning and disinfectant measures are being taken to ensure the showroom is sanitized for your appointment.
  • We ask that all guests follow federal and local guidelines in regards to social distancing and hygiene protocols, and we promise to do the same.
